What to Expect from a Consultation with Richard A. Myers Jr. and Associates?

Initial Phone Call

When you make that first call to our office, you'll speak with our support staff, who can help guide you to one of our two attorneys. During this call, we try to identify the pain that brought you to reach out to us and how we can help fix it.

This call will generally last about 15 minutes and allows us to plan our next meeting.

What is the Next Step?

The next step is to decide on who needs to be in the next meeting, where we will have the meeting, and when. We offer many options when it comes to the location of this next meeting, especially with the safety precautions we are taking these days, we offer in-person and virtual meetings.

How Long is the Consultation?

Our consultation meetings are typically an hour and a half to two hours, as we want to be as thorough as possible.

How to Prepare for Your Consultation?

We send out a checklist so that you can come prepared for our meeting with any documents and financial information.

What Happens Next?

After our free consultation, we will determine our next steps and plan from there.
